Our Active Commitment at Ultra House

Ultra House is not just a platform; it is a community. We stand by the principle that hospitality is for everyone. Together, and thanks to our clear accountability systems, we can make travel experiences richer, safer, and more meaningful for people worldwide.

At Ultra House, we believe that hospitality means respecting the diversity of religions and traditions. We ask all members to treat each other with respect and appreciation.

Guests are welcome to practice their religious practices or personal customs in a manner that does not compromise the comfort or safety of others.

Hosts are not required to provide special accommodations, but are encouraged to treat guests with understanding and openness whenever possible.

Any form of discrimination, abuse, or aggressive behavior is strictly prohibited.

Inclusivity Across Cultures, Backgrounds.

Our community is international, and we are committed to valuing this diversity. Everyone should feel at home, regardless of their origin. In addition, Ultra House is dedicated to encouraging and documenting accommodations that offer "Physical Accessibility," ensuring the needs of guests with mobility or sensory disabilities are met, making hospitality truly available to all.

Respect and Accommodation of All Religions and Beliefs

We celebrate equality. Every person, regardless of their gender, identity, or orientation, deserves to be treated fairly and with respect. Ultra House stands firmly against any form of discrimination. We consider any refusal of a booking based on any protected characteristic (such as origin, religion, identity, or disability) a strict violation of policy, and it will lead to immediate review and disciplinary action.

Safe and Supportive Environment, Reporting and Accountability

Safety is at the core of hospitality. Our team constantly works to ensure Ultra House remains a safe platform. We have established a confidential and direct reporting system.

Definition of Improper Conduct: Includes, but is not limited to: verbal threats, harassment, overt discrimination, and hate speech.

Victim Support and Disciplinary Actions:

Immediate Support: Any guest reporting a serious safety violation or discrimination will receive immediate assistance in securing alternative accommodation at Ultra House's expense when necessary.

Accountability: Upon verification of the violation, the offending member (host or guest) will face immediate account suspension followed by permanent removal.

Our Shared and Primary Responsibility

Hospitality is a partnership, but the primary responsibility for implementing and enforcing these principles rests with Ultra House. By joining, you commit to upholding these principles. And we, in turn, commit to providing a safe, impartial, and effective platform for responding to violations.

At Ultra House, we believe hospitality is more than just a place to stay; it's about creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and safe. Our community is built on trust, inclusivity, and our strict commitment to accountability mechanisms, ensuring that all guests and hosts maximize their experiences.
